All work surfaces should be left empty at the end of each day.  

Conference room may be used impromptu at no charge, at times not reserved by anyone in advance.

Dedicated desk members have dibs on their desk.  Others may use it when the member is not present.

For coffee, bring your favorite Keurig-style packets or instant sachets.  Sugar, sweetener, and creamer are provided.
